Shipping policy

Order processing

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of order placement. For pre-orders, items will be shipped when stock arrives — pre-order items in the same order will ship together unless you request otherwise.

Pickup (Free curb-side pick up)

  • Free curb-side, contactless pickup is available in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Please select “Free curb-side pick up” at checkout and wait for an email notification with the pick-up date and time.

Shipping zones & flat fees

  • GTA Wide (within Greater Toronto Area): Flat fee $20 CAD.

  • Canada (tracked, excluding GTA): Flat fee $50 CAD.

  • United States (tracked): Flat fee $65 CAD.

  • International shipping: Currently not available for large items such as My Little Masjid due to package size.

Delivery timing

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery for orders shipped within Canada (after dispatch). Delivery times may vary by region and carrier.

  • Transit times to the United States and remote areas may be longer.

Carriers
We use major carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator and/or other trusted providers). Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.

Delays & exceptions

  • Shipping delays can occur due to high volume, customs clearance (for cross-border shipments), or carrier issues. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist with tracking and claims.

  • If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Use that tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Lost or damaged shipments

  • If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at mama_khadija1@outlook.com. We will help file a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and photos of the damage.
