Refund policy

Overview
All sales are final unless an item is received defective, damaged in transit, or missing from your order. We carefully inspect every order before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund as described below.

To start a return or claim

  1. Email us immediately at mama_khadija1@outlook.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.

  2. We will review your request and — if approved — provide a return address and instructions.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If an identical replacement is available, we will ship it after receiving the returned item (or in some cases we may ship the replacement first).

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow your bank additional time to process the credit.

  • Shipping charges (original and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item).

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Damaged in transit
If your package was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at mama_khadija1@outlook.com with photos so we can assist filing a claim with the carrier.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that are not defective (eg. change of mind) may not be accepted for refund. All sales are final unless the product is defective or missing.
